Motoring Offences: Fees & Pricing

We aim to offer clear and fixed-fee pricing for most cases. Your final fee will depend on factors including:
- Nature and seriousness of the charge(s)
- Court location
- Whether you plead guilty or not guilty
- Anticipated hearing length
- Level of solicitor handling your case
- Sentencing guidelines relevant to your offence
All fees are exclusive of VAT, currently charged at 20% as per UK government rules.
Fixed Fee Options (Guilty Plea Only)
The majority of clients prefer a fixed fee for peace of mind. Below is our average fixed fee range for common motoring offences (guilty plea only):

While most work is done on a fixed-fee basis, hourly billing is available if preferred. Our current hourly rates are:
